I've been painting the last few years in oils, watercolors, and pastels. I'm often asked which medium is my favorite. The answer changes, and painting in multiple mediums allows me to truly appreciate the unique features of each one.
Painting has taught me to notice more details and enjoy the beauty found in nature more than ever before. I love observing how light changes colors and contours. Seeing reflections inspires me to paint. Traveling and hiking have become even more exciting with my painter's eyes.
